My Story

Jessica Yarmey is the President of Squeeze Massage.

Hi! I’m Jessica Yarmey, an entrepreneur, marketer, brand-builder and proud veteran within the health and wellness industry. My career in the fitness industry started with Gold’s Gym in 2012. Since then, I have worked with YouFit Health Clubs, Club Pilates, KickHouse, my marketing agency SizzleSociety, and now Squeeze Massage.

The brands have changed but the goal remains the same: empower people through health and wellness as well as franchising and entrepreneurship.

One of my favorite things about working in the health and wellness space is supporting people as they work to make positive changes to their lives and reach their own personal potential. I’m inspired everyday by the stories of members achieving things they never thought were possible. Being empowered to take control of your health leads to empowerment throughout all aspects of life!

I’m passionate about breaking out of the way things have always been done, especially in franchising. Currently, only about 30% of franchise owners are women. Given the collaborative nature of the business model, the number should be much closer to 50%. I love the franchising business model and I’m passionate about helping people de-risk entrepreneurship through franchising. There is no greater gift than the ability to work and thrive in your passion.

I’m a life-long athlete who played Division I soccer at Loyola University in Maryland and ran two marathons in “retirement.” I know the value of wellness and its ability to transform lives because it has transformed mine. Being an athlete has given me purpose and confidence and taught me how to be strong through weak times in my life.

My weekly routine consists of lifting, red light therapy, getting massages , and listening to podcasts while I walk with my Belgian Malinois, Sarge.
