Hi! I’m Jessica.

In November of 2025, I started the newest chapter of my story, stepping into the role of President at Squeeze Massage.

The massage and recovery space is a slice of the wellness industry that I have not worked in before so everyday is a new adventure with new learnings. Growth happens at the edges, where things are unknown and uncomfortable. I’m grateful to be able to continue to learn and grow 25 years into my career.

As always, I will share the real time wins, losses, musings and lessons along the way. It’s not always pretty, but it’s always real.
